  • This is a quick note to let you know that the exercise you facilitated on creating an uncommon competitive advantage has created footprints in the sand. Like you predicted, this exercise is something that you can come back to time and again over a period of months to revisit the purpose of your work. I have been working closely with one of my staff to refine his focus over a six month period. Last week, he closed a significant piece of business that reflected his renewed focus almost to a "T". I have also been working with others in my organization to refine their thought process as well. The clarity that can come from this is pretty amazing when a deep dive in undertaken.
